1. Drink your glow and mist your glow
Glow does not start only in your products. It starts with what is going into your body too.
In winter try to
Drink more water
Sip warm teas
Avoid only dry snacks all day
Then on the outside give your skin hydration with a face mist or light moisturizer before you go in with your thicker creams. Think of it as giving your skin a tall glass of water before the comfort food.
Your body care and your skincare work better when your skin is already hydrated from the inside.
2. Exfoliate gently but consistently
Dry skin is cute for nobody. When dead skin builds up it blocks your products and makes you look dull.
