An Empowering Journey

Beiwty Rishrish Cosmetics started from a very personal place. Founder Florish Adebayo struggled with skin conditions like eczema and pityriasis alba growing up, which often left her skin dry, irritated, and difficult to manage. After years of trying products that didn’t truly help, she became determined to understand skincare for herself. At 17, she began researching ingredients, learning formulation, and creating products that focused on comfort, hydration, and gentle care for sensitive skin.What started with handmade lip products soon became something much bigger. While studying Biochemistry at Laurentian University, Florish continued building Beiwty Rishrish Cosmetics balancing classes, product development, pop-up markets, and community events. In 2023, the brand officially launched during Black History Month at Laurentian University and quickly began growing through workshops, markets, and customer support across Ontario. Today, Beiwty Rishrish Cosmetics creates small-batch, vegan, cruelty-free beauty and self-care products made to help people feel good in their skin. From lip care and body care to hands-on beauty workshops, every product is thoughtfully made to combine effective ingredients with an enjoyable self-care experience. At its core, Beiwty Rishrish is about more than beauty products. It’s about helping people feel confident, seen, and cared for. Through community events, custom experiences, and educational workshops, the brand continues to create spaces where beauty feels personal, inclusive, and empowering.
